Krystal Integrated Services IPO opened for subscription today, March 14. The issue will close the subscription window on March 18, 2024.
Krystal Integrated Services IPO, a book-built issue totalling Rs 300.13 crore, comprises a mix of a fresh issue of 24 lakh shares, amounting to Rs 175 crore, and an offer-for-sale of 18 lakh shares, totalling Rs 125.13 crores.
At 11 am on Thursday, the issue was subscribed 0.07 times, getting bids for 29,99,448 shares against 29,99,448 shares on offer.
Key things to know about the Krystal Integrated Services IPO
The price band for the Krystal Integrated Services IPO is set at ₹680 to ₹715 per share, with a minimum lot size for an application being 20 shares. This means that retail investors need to invest a minimum amount of ₹14,300. For sNII (non-institutional investors), the minimum lot size investment is 14 lots (280 shares), totaling ₹200,200, while for bNII (qualified institutional buyers), it is 70 lots (1,400 shares), amounting to ₹1,001,000.
Krystal Integrated Services IPO comprises a total of 4,197,551 shares. As many as 839,510 shares (20%) are reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 6,29,633 shares (15%) for non-institutional investors (NIIs), and 14,69,143 shares (35%) for retail investors.
The company allotted 12,59,265 shares (30%) to anchor investors.
Inga Ventures Pvt Ltd is serving as the book running lead manager for the Krystal Integrated Services IPO, with Link Intime India Private Ltd acting as the registrar for the issue.
The company will finalize the basis of allotment for IPO shares on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Krystal Integrated Services IPO will be listed on BSE, NSE with a tentative listing date fixed as March 21, 2024.
Prasad Minesh Lad, Neeta Prasad Lad, Saily Prasad Lad, Shubham Prasad Lad and Krystal Family Holdings Private Limited are promoters of the firm.
